Clydesdale Bank Manager of the Month for February
Motherwell Manager Mark McGhee has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Manager of the Month for February.
Motherwell recorded victories against Hamilton and Inverness CT in February, as well as a draw against Champions Celtic to extend their unbeaten league run to an impressive nine matches. Under McGhee's leadership the Lanarkshire club, once bottom of the SPL, ended the month in the top six just four points off a European place.
Clydesdale Bank Player of the Month
St. Mirren midfielder Andy Dorman has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Player of the Month for February.
Dorman's impressive double against Falkirk and last minute equaliser away to high flying Hearts left him joint top goal scorer in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League for February. Noting his willingness to run beyond the strikers, the panel's admiration for Dorman's performances during the month led them to name him the Clydesdale Bank Premier League's stand out player for February.
Clydesdale Bank Young Player of the Month for February
Heart of Midlothian's Lee Wallace has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Young Player of the Month for February.
Making the step up from reserve team football, Lee has firmly established himself as a member of the Hearts first team, starting in each of their matches in February. His outstanding form helped the Edinburgh club to two victories and one draw ending the month five points clear of fourth placed Dundee United and in pole position to qualify for European football next term.
