Clydesdale Bank Manager of the Month for November

Dundee United manager Craig Leverin has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Manager of the Month for November.

Dundee United had a good November, with a draw against Motherwell and wins over Kilmarnock and Celtic, the first time they had beaten the Glasgow side in 10 years.  These results have kept United near the top of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League, only a few points from the leader.  Changes made by Craig Levein against Celtic influenced the game and led to the win, his tactical awareness was praised by the panel as they named him Clydesdale Bank Premier League Manager of the Month.

Clydesdale Bank Player of the Month for November

Dundee United defender Andy Webster has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Player of the Month for November.

Andy Webster joined the club at the start of this season on a year long loan deal from Rangers and has made a great impression, playing in the majority of games so far.  The Dundee born defender played for Levein at Hearts, and it could be argued he has already repaid the Manager for bringing him to Tannadice with some excellent performances, and a goal this month against Motherwell.  The panel felt he deserved to be the Clydesdale Bank Premier League Player of the Month for November.

Clydesdale Bank Young Player of the Month for November

Aberdeen midfielder Peter Pawlett has been named Clydesdale Bank Premier League Young Player of the Month for November.

Aberdeen had a good month in the SPL, with wins over St Johnstone and Rangers, and a draw against Motherwell.  Peter’s energy, pace and skill has been on show this season, with the 18 year old being touted as a star in the making.  This month he put in great performances against Rangers and St Johnstone, and the panel felt he was worthy of this month’s Clydesdale Bank Premier League Young Player of the Month award.
