With the SPL looking into the concept of safe standing areas in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League we asked for your thoughts on the introduction of standing sections at your club.

In what proved to be a landslide victory 92% of you voted in favour of the introduction of safe standing areas at your ground, possibly as a throwback to yesteryear with the tradition of terraces in the Scottish game. The technological advances since then have also made standing at a football game a much safer experience and the success of such schemes in Germany and Austria suggests the prospect of safe standing could be worth looking at in greater depth.  Despite the overwhelming support for safe standing sections, 8% of you voted against the concept.  Whatever your view it will be interesting to see this debate continue over the coming months.
