Kilmarnock v Celtic (12.30)
Kilmarnock's record at home to Celtic is one of the worst in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League with Celtic having won on 18 of their last 19 visits to Rugby Park. Killie's only win during that period was thanks to Chris Maguire's goal in February 2010. Killie have won only two of their last eighteen league games, while Celtic are the only SPL side yet to draw a game. The home side hope to have Danny Buijs available after he was out with a hamstring injury. Celtic skipper Scott Brown is out for ten weeks with an ankle problem, Kris Commons starts a two-game suspension and Beram Kayal missed the Hearts game two weeks ago and Israel's midweek international with a groin injury. Liam Kelly could return for Kilmarnock after an achilles problem.
Aberdeen v Dundee United
Aberdeen will need to improve their home record against their north-east neighbours if they're to triumph - they've beaten United only once in the Tayside outfit's last seven visits to Pittodrie. Jon Daly has hit eight goals in United's last ten games, but United have won only one of their last eight matches. Dons boss Craig Brown has played down suggestions he's being lined up as the new Northern Ireland manager.
Dunfermline Athletic v Hearts
Dunfermline haven't beaten Hearts in the league in their last eight meetings - their last win was through a Barry Nicholson goal in September 2004 - although this will be the first time the sides have met in league action since January 2007. The Pars are still searching for their first home win in this season's Clydesdale Bank Premier League after three draws and two defeats. Home midfielder Steven Bell is nearing fitness after ten months out with an achilles problem.
Hibernian v Motherwell
This looks set to be a battle of two evenly-matched sides as there have been two draws and two wins apiece in the last six meetings of the sides. Hibs have lost only one of their last six games and will have Garry O'Connor available after he was cleared of diving against St Johnstone by the SFA's Fast Track Tribunal. Second-placed Motherwell have won their last two SPL games.
Rangers v St Mirren
Rangers have won eleven of the last twelve meetings of the sides - Stephen McGinn scored the winner in Saints' last win over Rangers in October 2008. Their last Ibrox win came in November 1991 thanks to defender Kevin McGowne's goal. Rangers have attacking midfielder Stevie Naismith back after suspension. Former Gers frontman Steven Thompson will relish the prospect of returning to his former club.
St Johnstone v Inverness C.T.
Caley Thistle hope to celebrate managerial team Terry Butcher and Maurice Malpas's new deals at the club with a win over St Johnstone. The Saints have won only two of the last nine meetings of the sides and Inverness C.T. won 3-0 on their last Perth visit in April. St Johnstone striker Sean Higgins has been ruled out for a month with a knee injury but Murray Davidson should be available for the home side after a six-week lay-off with a knee ligament injury.
