Celtic v Motherwell
Celtic's new striker Mo Bangura and loan left-back signing Badr El Kaddouri could make their debuts while Shaun Maloney has left for Wigan and Jos Hooiveld and Daryl Murphy have left on loan to Southampton and Ipswich respectively. New Motherwell signing Tim Clancy could continue to deputise for Shaun Hutchinson, while Jamaican winger Omar Daley has completed his move to Motherwell and looks set to be involved. 'Well youngsters Ross McKinnon and Steven Howarth left on month's loan deals to Dumbarton and Alloa and despite their excellent start to the season, Motherwell have taken just one point from their last six visits to Parkhead.
Dundee United v Rangers (12.30)
Rangers are aiming for their 100th league win over United in 173 meetings - on a ground where they've won on four of their last five visits. Rangers will have new signing Alejandro Bedoya available, and skipper Davie Weir could be back after a hamstring injury, as could Lee McCulloch, but Lee Wallace and Kyle Lafferty are both doubtful while Kyle Bartley is out for six weeks after a hernia op. James Beattie has had his contract terminated, but moves by Sheffield United to take John Fleck and Kyle Hutton on loan have fallen through. United have gone four games without a win and skipper Jon Daly is out for three weeks with a medial ligament strain but the Tannadice side have signed Keanu Marsh-Brown on loan from Fulham.
Inverness C.T. v Hearts
Hearts have signed Scotland under-19 midfielder Callum Tapping from Spurs and Caley Thistle brought in loan signings Aiden Chippendale and David Davis from Huddersfield and Wolves respectively during the transfer window. Inverness C.T. also hope to have Jonny Hayes and Greg Tansey available after injuries. Hearts have a doubt over 'keeper Marian Kello after he had to be substituted in the Edinburgh derby on August 28th. Hearts have won ten of the last twenty meetings of the sides, and are unbeaten in the last eight.
Kilmarnock v Dunfermline Athletic
Killie have signed former Rugby Park favourite Momo Sissoko from Udinese as well as Irish youngster Jude Winchester from Linfield. Sisoko will replace Ryan O'Leary, who's out for six months with a cruciate injury. New Pars signing Craig Easton could make his debut but Nicky Phinn and Steven Bell are still out through injury. There was a win apiece and a draw between the sides the last time they were both in the top division five years ago.
St Mirren v St Johnstone
St Johnstone have Murray Davidson sidelined for a month with a medial ligament injury, while his namesake Callum is also out for a month with a torn calf. On-loan Burnley midfielder Joe McKee could make his first start for the Paisley side. Four of the last six meetings of the Saints have been drawn, including the last two. The Perth Saints won the other two, with injury-plagued San Parkin scoring in both meetings.
Hibernian v Aberdeen (Sunday)
The Clydesdale Bank Premier Leagueâs two bottom sides meet at Easter Road. The home side's loan striker Leigh Griffiths could start, as could loan defender Richie Towell. Aberdeen failed in an ambitious bid to lure Scotland ace James McFadden north during the transfer window. Brothers Isaac (Aberdeen) and Isaiah (HIbs) Osborne could come up against one another. The last three meetings of the sides have ended in away victories.
