Dundee United v Inverness Caledonian Thistle
It'll be the fifth home game in 13 days for United, for whom Prince Buaben returns after a two-game suspension.  Both previous meetings this season have ended in away wins – Caley Thisle winning 4-0 at Tannadice in August and United victorious thanks to two late goals at Inverness earlier this month.  United are unbeaten in their last seven games while Inverness CT are without a win in their last seven away games.  However they may be bolstered by the return to fitness of Jonny Hayes and Aaron Doran, both of whom were only fit enough for the bench against Celtic in midweek.

Hamilton Academical v St Johnstone
Dougie Imrie starts a two-game ban for Accies, who have gone 19 games without a Clydesdale Bank Premier League win.  Saints have won the two previous meetings of the sides this season but have drawn four of their last five games.  Skipper Jody Morris will be out for the next four weeks after being told he needs complete rest following the discovery he's been playing with a stress fracture of a bone in his back.

Hearts v St Mirren

Utility man Eggert Jonsson misses the game through suspension for Hearts, who have learned striker Kevin Kyle is likely to be out for the remainder of the season with his recurring groin problem.  Saints have lost both league meetings between the sides this season and have failed to score in either game.  A Hearts win would be their 100th in all competitions against St Mirren, but they're without a win in three games after the midweek defeat at Tannadice.  Saints have Jure Travner doubtful after he was injured in the Cup loss at Pittodrie on Wednesday.

Kilmarnock v Motherwell
Frazer Wright serves the second game of his two-match ban for Kilmarnock, but Alexei Eremenko returns.  Motherwell have midfielder Steve Jennings available after he missed the Cup tie at Dundee United through suspension.  Well have won only one of their last nine away league games, while Kilmarnock have won three and lost three of their last six matches.  A Motherwell win would be their 100th over KIllie in all competitions - and they've statistics on their side after winning on four of their last six visits to Rugby Park, including the 1-0 win through Nick Blackman's goal in August.
