Rangers 2 Kilmarnock 1
Tim Clancy's late own goal gave Rangers victory in a tightly-contested game at Ibrox.
El Hadji Diouf scored his first Clydesdale Bank Premier League goal for Rangers from Steven Whittaker's pass shortly before the interval.  Rangers were unconvincing however and Kilmarnock levelled just after the hour.  Richard Foster was penalised for a high tackle on Clancy and Jamie Hamill scored from the spot.  Rangers had a penalty claim turned down themselves when Nikica Jelavic went down in the box but they grabbed a late winner when substitute Vladimir Weiss' cross was turned into his own net by Clancy.  However there was time for more controversy when Clancy went down under Kyle Lafferty's challenge but ref Alan Muir waved away their claims.  The win moves Rangers two points behind leaders Celtic with a game in hand.
