United closed the gap on Kilmarnock in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League to two points - but they needed Jon Daly's injury-time winner to complete their comeback.  Flavio Paixao had given battling Accies the lead early on when he headed home after Simon Mensing knocked Dougie Imrie's corner back across goal.  The home side were unimpressive in the first-half but David Goodwillie levelled on the stroke of half-time when he blasted in off the underside of the bar.  Accies seemed to have earned a precious point when Tomas Cerny saved well from Prince Buaben but two minutes into stoppage time substitute Daly took Goodwillie's pass to break Accies' hearts and clinch United's win.
