Hamilton Academical v Kilmarnock
Kilmarnock have won only two of their last nine meetings against Accies - though they are unbeaten in their two fixtures against the Lanarkshire men this season. Accies have lost only once in their last five home games. Hamiltonâs new signings, Aaron Wildig from Cardiff (loan) and James Chambers from Shamrock Rovers may make their debuts, but Simon Mensing is suspended. Killie playmaker Alexei Eremenko is also suspended after his red card against Dundee United last weekend.
Hearts v St Johnstone
Despite a recent run which had seen them win ten Clydesdale Bank Premier League games out of eleven before Wednesday's defeat at Celtic Park, Hearts have won only one of their last eleven home games against the Perth Saints and lost to them in the Scottish Cup earlier this month. Saints are on a good run themselves - they've lost only game in their last nine. Saints' Danny Grainger begins a two-game suspension and misses out.
Dundee United v Hibernian (Sunday)
Hibs' poor run continued against Rangers on Wednesday. They've now gone eleven games without a win - and they've also won only two of their last 15 games against Dundee United. The Tannadice men have become the Clydesdale Bank Premier Leagueâs draw specialists, drawing 6 of their last 7 SPL fixtures. United will have Jon Daly and Scott Robertson available after missing the midweek trip to St Mirren through suspension. Hibs manager Colin Calderwood hopes to continue to add to his squad before the transfer deadline following the arrivals of Martin Scott from Ross County and Matt Thornhill from his former club Nottingham Forest, as well as Celtic loan defender Richie Towell. Calderwood's move for Newcastle youngster Phil Airey was dashed when he picked up a hamstring injury.
