Dundee United v Motherwell
Motherwell face their second trip to Tayside in four days after their Scottish Cup win against Dundee on Sunday. Neither Dundee United or Motherwell are in good form in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League - United have drawn their last five games and Motherwell haven't won any of their last six league games. The sides met twice in the space of four days in the SPL and League Cup in October with Motherwell winning both games. Jamie Murphy scored his first goal in 12 games at Dens Park on Sunday and will be looking to continue that run, while United have David Goodwillie back after he missed the weekend cup-tie against Ross County through suspension.
Hamilton Academical v Celtic
Accies' fifth consecutive home game and they'll be heartened by their Scottish Cup win against Alloa on Saturday - their first home win of the season. Celtic meanwhile have won their last four games without losing a goal and can go seven points clear at the top of the SPL with a victory at New Douglas Park. Accies skipper Alex Neil travelled to see a specialist down south this week in a bid to cure a long-term hip problem and will miss out. Celtic have won the last eleven meetings of the sides, including when they came from behind to win 3-1 at Parkhead in October, but Georgios Samaras is doubtful after he limped off during Sunday's win at Berwick with a hamstring injury.
