Aberdeen v Inverness Caledonian Thistle
There's speculation Mark McGhee has to win against Caley Thistle to save his Pittodrie job following the 9-0 defeat at Celtic Park. Aberdeen will be without skipper Paul Hartley through suspension following his red card at the weekend and changes to the side from Saturday are inevitable. Inverness C.T. lost at home on Saturday but are the only SPL side outside the Old Firm unbeaten away from home this season. More bad news for the Dons is that Inverness have won two of the last four meetings between the sides, including at Pittodrie in August 2008.
Dundee United v St Mirren
Peter Houston has to decide whether to recall David Goodwillie to the starting line-up after the controversial frontman started on the bench on Saturday. Goodwillie is aiming to score for the seventh successive game but his team-mates Danny Swanson and Barry Douglas are likely to miss out. Bottom club St Mirren haven't won in any of their last ten Clydesdale Bank Premier League games against United and will again be without Paul Gallacher, Craig Dargo and David Barron.
Hearts v Celtic
Hearts will be rampant after their comfortable Capital derby win on Sunday. Celtic are without Thomas Rogne following his ordering-off against Aberdeen on Saturday but have won all five of their away games in the league this season, conceding just twice in that run. Hearts have won only one of their last six Tynecastle meetings with Celtic but have won three of their last four league games.
Kilmarnock v Hamilton Academical
Nigel Hasselbaink is an injury doubt for Accies after failing to start against Dundee United on Saturday but skipper Alex Neil could return following a hip injury. Killie have won only one of their last eight meetings with Hamilton but go into the game on the back of two consecutive three-goal wins away from home. Conor Sammon is aiming to make it three scoring games in succession.
Motherwell v St Johnstone
Saints' Canadian Marcus Haber is sidelined after picking up knee ligament damage against Kilmarnock on Saturday whilst Murray Davidson and Danny Grainger are also out. Saints have conceded three goals in each of their last three games but they've won on four of their last five visits to Fir Park. Third-placed Motherwell have Jamie Murphy pushing for a recall but Keith Lasley is struggling for fitness and Craig Brown is likely to stick with the side which won at Inverness on Saturday.
Rangers v Hibernian
Hibs, still looking for their first win under Colin Calderwood, will be without skipper Derek Riordan after his Capital derby red card on Sunday. John Rankin could be axed after being subbed at half-time on Sunday and Colin Nish and Darryl Duffy are likely to be absent. Kyle Lafferty is pushing for a recall after impressing as a sub at Paisley on Sunday. Second-bottom Hibs haven't won in any of the last 14 meetings of the clubs and their only away win this season came on the opening day of the season.
