Dundee United 1 Celtic 2 (Sunday)
Gary Hooper was Celtic's hero with a last-gasp winner in a pulsating clash at Tannadice. Hooper swept in Mark Wilson's cross to give Neil Lennon's side an early lead but David Goodwillie levelled with a drive that deflected off Glenn Loovens. Celtic were fuming when they were awarded a penalty for a challenge by Dusan Pernis on Hooper only for ref Dougie McDonald to change his mind after consulting his assistant. Celtic got over this setback however and Hooper won it with a minute to go when he stabbed the ball home from close range after Georgios Samaras' knockdown meaning both Old Firm sides go into next Sunday's meeting with 100% records.
Aberdeen 0 Hearts 1
Kevin Kyle struck early in the second-half to win the points for Hearts. Kyle headed in Calum Elliot's cross in the first minute of the second-half and had several more chances as Hearts comfortably made it three wins out of four on the road this season. The return of Marius Zaliukas to the defence strengthened Jim Jefferies' side and a miserable day for Aberdeen was completed when assistant manager Scott Leitch was sent to the stand.
Hibernian 2 Kilmarnock 1
A rare brace of Chris Hogg goals were enough to get stand-in management team Alastair Stevenson and Gareth Evans Hibs' first home win since March. Killie struck first when David Silva put them ahead inside 90 seconds from Liam Kelly's cross. Although Killie had chances to add to their lead, Hogg levelled when he headed in Derek Riordan's corner and on the stroke of half-time he repeated the trick with a powerful header from Paul Hanlon's cross. Killie couldn't battle their way to a point after the break and Hogg was the hero.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle 1 St Johnstone 1
Home manager Terry Butcher described his side's first-half performance as "rubbish" but they responded after the break and snatched a deserved point. Collin Samuel fired Saints ahead after eight minutes but Jonny Hayes took Richie Foran's pass to beat Graeme Smith for the leveller after 71 minutes.
Rangers 4 Motherwell 1
Rangers came from behind for the third game in a row to move to the top of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League. Loan frontman Nick Blackman headed 'Well in front from Jamie Murphy's cross just before the break but Rangers levelled within two minutes of the re-start when Stevie Naismith bundled in Kyle Lafferty's pass. Rangers then won it with three goals in a pulsating four-minute spell. First Steven Davis drove in from the edge of the box before Kenny Miller bulleted home a diving header from Sasa Papac's cross and Vladimir Weiss rounded off the scoring with a superb solo goal.
St Mirren 2 Hamilton Academical 2
Saints stayed bottom of the SPL table but boss Danny Lennon will be delighted at the way his side fought back from two behind. Jon Routledge drove Accies into the lead from Dougie Imrie's cross and Imrie himself made it 2-0 from Nigel Hasselbaink's cross. Saints pulled one back when Michael Higdon converted Darren McGregor's flick. Higdon then doubled his tally and netted the equaliser from Jure Travnerâs cross to cap a superb fight back from the Saints.
