Our last poll asked if you thought if another club would manage to split the Old Firm at the top of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League this season.
Hibs and Dundee United had been doing well, finding themselves only a few points off the lead at the start of December, and a number of teams have managed to take points from Celtic or Rangers. Did you think this trend would continue, meaning it wouldnât be the Old Firm first and second this year?
The majority of you felt that the strength of the big two would triumph in the end, with 66% saying it would be the Old Firm as top two. 32% felt that someone else might at least make second spot this year, answering âyesâ to an Old Firm split at the top of the league. The remaining 2% just couldnât decide. We can only now watch and see how things progress over the coming months.
Our next fans poll is now live, and with the weather in Britain being as cold as the South Pole, weâre asking if you think it would be a good idea to join the womenâs game and turn to summer football, with the season running from March to November, with a break in July. Go to the Competitions section to tell us what you think.
