Tickets free prize draw - Terms and conditions

1. The Prize Draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years or over. Entry to the prize draw is not open to employees and their families of National Australia Bank Group of companies (which includes Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank), their subsidiaries or agents or anyone connected with the Prize Draw promotion.
   
2. To enter you must be registered for https://www.cbfootball.co.uk/register.aspx and logged on, and then click on the team name that you would like to win tickets for. Alternatively, send your name, the SPL team you want to see and a contact telephone number on a blank piece of paper to Alyson Gray, The Sports Business, 20 Park Circus, Glasgow G3 6BE. Only one entry per person.
   
3. The closing date for receipt of entries is 12pm on Tuesday 10th January 2012. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, damaged, incomplete or illegible. Any proof of posting mail will not be accepted as proof of delivery. However, read receipt from e-mails would act as proof of receipt. Entries may be disqualified if incomplete or illegible.
4. There will be one winner selected at random by an independent body, for each of the SPL teams where tickets are available. Teams where tickets are available will be shown in red and will be clickable.
   
5. The winners will be contacted by telephone by Friday 13th January.
   
6. The Prize Draw prize consists of a pair of match tickets for the team selected by the entrant. Settlement of any additional costs related to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner, such as travel to and from the SPL team's grounds and refreshments.
   
7. The prize is not transferable and must be taken on the dates advised. There is no cash alternative available to the prize (or any part of it).
   
8. The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize by 5pm on Friday 13th January. The Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant drawn randomly from the remaining entries subject to these terms and conditions in the event that acceptance is not confirmed by this date.
9. If the match for which tickets are won is postponed or delayed for any reason, the prize will be valid for such other rescheduled date.
   
10. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
    
11. Details provided by entrants will only be used for the purposes of administering this prize draw.
    
12. For details of the winner and name of the independent body send an e-mail to Alyson Gray at after the draw date.
13. The winners must co-operate for all reasonable publicity associated with this prize and accept that the winners name, county and photograph may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes.
    
14. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
    
15. By entering this Prize Draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
